NOTE: Updating your password WILL NOT work off of the Xsport Network. The ability to update your password is available via:
- Any XSport computer in any XSport club
- Any XSport computer in any XSport office
- Remotely via VPN
- Remotely via View
To change your password enter the details requested:
The form asks for:
- your XSPORT email address
- your CURRENT XSPORT computer or email password (NOTE: if you've requested a password reset your current password is the temporary password sent to you via the reset password request)
- A New password (meeting our complexity requirements - see below for details)
- Confirmation of the new password
When you have entered those details, click submit and your password is changed immediately.
Please remember to update your password anywhere you may have it saved such as:
- Your Phone
- Password Managers
