Signature Pad Not Working


You likely have received an error message that looks like this.


Or there was no error message but when you tried to take a signature it didn't work.  

Please follow these steps below to help resolve this.


Step 1.  Unplug the Signature Pad. 

Step 2.  Reboot the computer. 

                 Press Restart


Step 3. When the computer is back on - Plug in the Signature pad.
Step 4. Go to https://paperlesscontracts.xsportfitness.com/xsc/sigtest.aspx 

              The page should look like:

            

Press Start Demo.  That will test the signature pad.  It will put the XSportfitness logo on the pad, you then can sign and it will display on both the tablet and computer screen.  Then press ok and it will display a message on the screen that has a lot of letters on it.   


Seeing the box with numbers and letters on it means that the pad is working now.  Please go ahead and use it again for signing memberships.
