Problem: Your unable to put people in the beds and when you look at the status it shows Blue.
Reason: The tanning beds are in reserve.
Solution: Stop the Tmax Timer service to clear the tanning beds.
How to do it:
- Locate the Tan01 computer, usually at the spa desk. If your gym doesn't have a spa desk then at the front desk.
- On the desktop Double Click the Icon Run Only if Beds in Reserve icon (circled in red below)
- Wait 1 minute and then press retry in Helios
- All beds will be green when it completes.
- Report back to the ticket you placed that everything is good to go.
