Problem: When using Gym Sales the customer can not hear you.
Solution: Please follow the steps below to make sure the Microphone is plugged and configured properly.
1. Close GymSales
2. Right Click on the Sound Icon on the bottom right of your screen. Next to the Clock And Choose Sounds
3. Click on Recording Tab
4. This is the reason why the Mic is not working. There is no Green Check-mark next to “Microphone Teradici Virtual Audio Driver”
5. Click on “Microphone Teradici Virtual Audio Driver” then Click Set Default
6. Click Playback
7. Click on Speakers "Teradici Virtual Audio Driver" then Click on Set Default
8. Press Ok
9.Reopen GymSales and test a call again.
