Here is a quick guide to replace the Samsung All In One Tera 2 computer.
- Remove the non working monitor from the HumanScale Mount. On the backup of the monitor is 2 screws that attach the monitor mount to the pole. Unscrew both screws, be careful and do not loose theses screws as they will be needed to re-attach the new monitor.
- Lift the monitor away from the mount and then up to remove it from the mount
- Remove the mount by unscrewing the 4 screws that are on the old monitor. Pay careful attention to the mount as which side is labeled Top.
- On the new monitor remove the built in stand, by removing the 2 screws.
- Attach the plate you took off on step 3 to the new computer.
- Place monitor on the HumanScale mount. The top of the plate will guide it into the mount.
- Re attach the locking screws that you removed in Step 1.
- Plug in the Power Cord, Network Cable, and any USB cables Typically for the mouse, keyboard, and headset.
- Power on the device. Make sure that the rocker switch on the bottom of the monitor next to where you put the power cord is in the on position. Press the power button on the bottom right this will turn the light blue.
- The Computer will display check Signal Cable when it is on.
- Change the source so the monitor is in the correct mode by pressing the third button from the left 1 time. The screen will now say "Loading"
- Once it boots up we are now able to configure the device. Click on Options on the top left.
- Then click on Configuration
- Provide the IP Address to the IT personal that you are working with. It would be best if you included it in the ticket you are working on
