If you have a voicemail box on the XSport Phone system and have an XSport email address, your voicemails will show up in your email inbox. If this is not working, please open a Helpdesk ticket by sending an email to [email protected] saying you cannot get your voicemail in your email.

A voice will tell you to enter your ID followed by #.
Your ID is your extension with 7100 added in front of it. So if your extension is 1234 your ID is 71001234.
Once you press # you be prompted to enter your PIN and press #. Your PIN is your voicemail password.
You should now be logged into your voicemail box and can listen too your voicemails.
