Hi All – Please complete the following steps to clear the cache on each computer where you use the VFP so that it appears correctly moving forward.

 

1.       Click the VFP icon to open Chrome

 

2.       Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.

3.       Click “History” and then click the next “History” option that appears.

4.       Click “Clear Browsing History” in the upper left-hand corner.

5.       Make sure cached files is checked and click clear data.

6.       Exit out of VFP and go back in to confirm the screens appear correctly.
