Please follow this guide to get the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client installed on your home computer or XSport provided laptop!

 

From a web browser (such as chrome, firefox or edge) visit "https://vpn.xsportfitness.com"

 


(please note that from INSIDE the XSport Fitness network you WILL NOT be able to access this URL)

 

You should see a webpage like this one:

 

 

Please enter your COMPUTER OR EMAIL username and password


 

 

If you receive this error please open a ticket and let the IT Team know that you've received this error:

 

 

Once you are logged in you should see this screen:



Please click on Download to download the installation package for your computer.

 

Once you downloaded the installation package click on the + sign by instructions



Follow the instructions to install the application (pay special attention to step 10 below - DO NOT enter test.cisco.com)






DO NOT ENTER test.cisco.com


Once the application is installed start it and type  “vpn.xsportfitness.com” in the box and click connect



Enter your COMPUTER or EMAIL username and password again

 


You are now connected to the VPN.

 

 

When you are ready to disconnect open the any connect client again and click on disconnect
