To add a printer follow these steps:

  1. next to your start button - "type here to search" type in 'control panel' 
  2. Click on Devices and Printers  
  3. Click on Add a Printer 
  4. Click on "the printer that i want isn't listed" toward the bottom of the page 
  5. Click on Find a printer in the directory, based on location or feature then click next 
  6. Under Name type in HQ1 and press enter 
  7. Scroll and select the printer you want.  Double click the printer and it will install 
  8. Press Next after it is installed 
  9. Choose if you want to make it your default printer then click Finished
