To add a printer follow these steps:
- next to your start button - "type here to search" type in 'control panel'
- Click on Devices and Printers
- Click on Add a Printer
- Click on "the printer that i want isn't listed" toward the bottom of the page
- Click on Find a printer in the directory, based on location or feature then click next
- Under Name type in HQ1 and press enter
- Scroll and select the printer you want. Double click the printer and it will install
- Press Next after it is installed
- Choose if you want to make it your default printer then click Finished
